§ IV — Before You Buy
Purchase & entry rules.
- Limit 2 tickets per person, per show 每人每場限購兩張. There is no fan Q&A segment at this concert.
- One ticket per person on entry, and everyone needs a ticket, children included. For safety and sightline reasons, children under 7 are not recommended.
- Refunds within 3 days of purchase, with a 5% handling fee. Refunding before 7·11 also drops you from the benefit draws.
- Confirm entry rules and the benefit-redemption flow on the FANME official fan page before the show. If you miss the entry or redemption times posted on FANME, you lose that benefit.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, or cancel the event.

Benefit redemption 福利兌換.
- No letter box or gift box at this event.
- ALL benefits (sound check, entry photocard, commemorative poster): redeem at the benefit counter during service hours, with your ticket.
- Limited benefits (signed poster, signed polaroid): redeem at the benefit counter after the show, with your ticket, following staff-directed lines.
- Check signed items at the counter before you leave — once you leave, no exchanges, reissues, or disputes are accepted after the event.
- Unredeemed benefits are forfeited; signed posters and polaroids not collected on site will not be reissued or mailed.
- Benefit details and times may be adjusted; on-site arrangements prevail.
Ticket counter rules.
- Lost tickets (seated area): before showtime, bring a police report, proof of purchase, and ID to the venue's KKTIX ticket counter to sign an affidavit. Once the seat is confirmed empty after the show starts, you may enter. If the original ticket holder appears, the holder has priority and you must buy another ticket (subject to on-site availability) — otherwise it constitutes fraud under Criminal Code Article 339. Unresolved disputes are handled by police outside the venue.
- Accessible tickets: the disability-handbook holder must purchase and enter in person; the handbook is checked at entry. If the new-version handbook lists a companion, the companion must bring ID for verification. Non-holders cannot enter and tickets cannot be refunded; the companion cannot be seated alone.
Merch counter rules.
- Same-day ticket required to purchase.
- Daily quantities are capped, with per-item purchase limits — while stocks last.
- Merch photos are for reference only; the actual product prevails.
- International-shipping packaging scuffs are not grounds for return (product defects only).
- No shopping bags provided or sold.
- Payment: cash, credit, UnionPay, LINE Pay, Apple Pay.
- Count items with staff on the spot; no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Defects are exchanged only at the venue — leaving the counter counts as accepting the goods.
